• If you are travelling to Sri Lanka on a Tourist Visa, it is a mandatory requirement that you purchase the COVID-19 insurance policy provided by Sri Lanka Tourism
• If you have purchased a Travel Insurance policy through SriLankan Airlines, it may take up to 2 hours for the policy document to be emailed to you.
• If you need to cancel the Travel Insurance policy, request a date change or have any other query, please contact the Insurance provider. This includes any query related to claims, emergency assistance and following up on the status of claims. Contact details will be provided in the policy document.
